- Will my customers know they're talking to AI?
- Your choice. Default is off — most callers experience it as a normal, friendly receptionist. You can also set it to always disclose, or only when asked. We'll tell you what each US state's law requires during setup.
- What happens with real emergencies?
- The AI never dispatches a job itself for emergencies. Gas leak, CO alarm, no heat in winter, water leak — the call is bridged to your on-call tech within 60 seconds. If they don't answer, it falls back to the owner's cell, then to alert escalation. Emergency audio is retained 7 years.
- How long does setup take?
- 60–90 minutes on a guided call with us. We connect your CRM (Jobber, HCP, or Google Calendar), set up your on-call rotation, configure pricing and emergency rules, then run a live test call before going live.
- What if I don't have a CRM?
- Pick the Pro DFY Plus plan. We bundle Jobber, set it up for you, and reimburse your first month ($49). You'll be on a real CRM within an hour.
- Do you support Spanish for real, or is it translated?
- Native, not translated. Phase 1 has purpose-built English and Spanish scripts with regional variation. Phase 2 adds Vietnamese, Polish, and Russian. Latino-owned shops are our primary launch wedge — Spanish quality is non-negotiable.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. 30-day money-back guarantee, conditional on under 5% of your monthly minutes used. After that, month-to-month — cancel any time with no penalty. Annual plans are 2 months free upfront, prorated on cancellation.
- What about my existing phone number?
- You keep it. Two modes: forward your calls to us when you're busy or closed (most shops), or use a dedicated local-area-code number we provide (for shops that want a single AI-first line). Number porting is allowed only after 30 days on a paid plan.
- Is there an SLA?
- No contractual uptime SLA — but our internal target is 99.9% and our public status page is live at status.avenora.ai. Enterprise tier includes a custom SLA in writing.
